#16. Record

I slept 6 1/2 hours (Sat morning 7:30am to 2:00pm). I "camped" in the studio from Sat 3:00pm to Monday 6:30pm - without any sleep, as well as Redbull or Coffee, just two 10 minutes naps. Someone do the math, please. This is my record. Basically, I was fcuking crazy, as my classmates described. Well, I had fun. It's design, how can i not? I wasn't trying to get ahead of the game; in fact, I was behind because I redesign a lot of stuff. Did things come out well? No, I am 110% happy about it. (Those guys at the front row are judges from New York City and Philly, the guys in blue w/glasses - Jason, is from Herzog & de Meuron.)




I slept 12 hours from Mon night 9:45pm to Tue 10:00am, went to the Structure and Environment System lectures; and then I had lunch at 2:30pm - went home slept another 4 hours. I get average of 3 - 5 hours of sleep before Saturday; I mean, do I even get enough sleep? My classmate/studio buddy Jon Kayton just sent me this news article. I think I should be scared, because I am on my way to be a psychiatric disorder paitent before I receive my masters degree(s).

Ok, those last 2 sentences sound pretty crazy to me.

But seriously, you are not sleeping enough. Sleep can actually do you some good. Refreshes your body and mind. It might actually make you more productive after you wake up than just staying up the whole time. Ah, that's just my opinion, do whatever you want.

Although, starting early might actually be a good idea for you. It gets you enough time so you don't have to stay up at the last minute.
